ARTISTS

Artists include Tattooers, piercers, and any body modifiers that will need to meet  health department safety requirements.

An Artist booth is just $575 FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS. ​All returning artists will be honored at the original $400 booth price!

​​

An additional $50/artist Health Department fee will be due no later than 60 days before the event.

Tattoo Artists and PMUs

Please fill out this form completely. Booths are first given to the most experienced artists and then given on a first come first serve basis with required level of skill observed. Please watch for our follow up email when and if your application is approved, where we will send your invoice and all show updates. All invoices must be paid in full 60 days before the show to keep your spot. The Ohio health department requires all artists to have their current BBP and First Aid Certification present at the convention.
